As education professionals, we identify the teaching difficulty in transferring what has been learned in courses to implementation in the classroom. For this reason, we design TeachersPro, to support the development of new habits in our practice based on 3 circles of support:

Peer review, institutional feedback and
expert mentoring.

After 10 years of research, it emerges TeachersPro, a initiative supported by the University of Turku in Finland, with the purpose of reorienting teacher training for integrate the best of Finnish professional culture and pedagogy.

The platform evolves training teacher by offering a continuous and effective learning system to educational entities, and implements the certification of competencies in collaboration with the University of Turku.

The study carried out by the Escalae Institute showed that TeachersPro can increase the transfer of knowledge to the classroom from the usual 10-15% to more than 80%, evidencing the effectiveness of the approach and methodologies implemented.

TeachersPro It offers each teacher personalized feedback through a mentoring team to develop their teaching talent and optimize their knowledge transfer to the classroom.

Platform 2.0, based on the experience of more than 30,000 users and multiple educational entities in 11 countries, integrates generative artificial intelligence to personalize teacher feedback and an educational talent management system.

of TeachersPro since 2016 using a qualitative and quantitative approach.

In the quantitative analysis, we group responses to understand the teacher's assessment of training in relation to
with the challenges they face.

The results highlighted that quality teacher training is based on promoting constant professional development, adapted to individual needs, as opposed to training based on separate courses.

Our study revealed that reflection
and collaboration in teaching practice require prior methodological agreements to be effective, so TeachersPro is based on an evidence exchange system focused on specific skills

Our study highlights the importance of critical reflection in the development of a professional teaching culture for the challenges of present and future education.
